Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Business Analyst you will act as a liaison between our technical teams and business stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements ensuring the successful implementation of technology-driven solutions.Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their processes and requirements.2. Conduct thorough analysis of requirements to identify technical solutions deliverables and project scope.3. Work closely with technical teams to ensure understanding of business requirements translating them into system specifications and technical designs.4. Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications including user stories use cases process diagrams and data flow diagrams.5. Perform gap analysis to assess the differences between the current and desired systems and processes identifying areas for improvement.6. Facilitate requirements workshops and meetings guiding discussions resolving conflicts and driving consensus among stakeholders.7. Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of software solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements.8. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and issue logs.9. Conduct user acceptance testing UAT ensuring solutions meet business expectations and requirements.10. Constantly broaden knowledge of CICAs portfolio of applications across portfolios.
